By accessing or using the Bincike platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bincike ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Bincike is an anonymous platform that facilitates the sharing of background information for marriage compatibility purposes, following traditional Northern Nigerian customs ("Bincike").

The Service allows users to:

• Search for individuals in our community database
• Submit anonymous reviews and information
• Access community-contributed information
• Add new individuals to the database

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Only submit information about people you personally know
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals
• Use the platform solely for legitimate marriage background research
• Not attempt to identify anonymous reviewers
• Not share, screenshot, or distribute platform content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information
• Use the platform for harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Attempt to circumvent privacy protections
• Use automated tools to access the platform
• Violate any person's privacy or dignity

NO LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bincike and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on any information provided through the Service
• Decisions made based on platform content
• Any marriage or relationship outcomes
• Privacy breaches by third parties
• Technical failures or data loss

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bincike, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any information you submit to the platform
• Any decisions you make based on platform information

While we implement technical measures to protect anonymity, you acknowledge that:

• Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed
• Information may be subject to legal disclosure requirements
• We may cooperate with law enforcement when required
• Data may be retained for legal and operational purposes

For Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Access may be suspended for non-payment
• Features may change without notice

The Bincike platform, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Bincike and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute platform content
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Create derivative works

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• No refunds will be provided
• These Terms remain in effect for past actions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
