Important Limitation:

While we implement strong technical protections, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances, especially if required by law enforcement or legal proceedings.

Bincike is intended for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.
